About Me

Hi there, I’m Geoff. Who am I? I am a husband and a dad, a leader and a learner, and most importantly: a child of God.

I’ve always been passionate about problem solving and solution seeking, and once upon a time I found myself choosing Web Development as the path to express that desire.

My background has primarily been in creating web solutions using WordPress and WooCommerce, where I spent almost a decade working as a WordPress Guru at WP Butler and as a Senior Web Developer at SBIM… yes, I just missed out on my long service leave!

Anyway, I did a short stint working as a WordPress Developer at The Australian National University as part of the ITS’s Student Experience Web Platform team – a great bunch of guys!

Currently I’m working part-time as a Support Technician for the best SEO company in Brisbane, Excite Media, whose company culture is by far the best I’ve ever experienced!

Switching gears to a more personal level now…

I was born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, and had lived most of my life around the northern suburbs of Brisbane. But as of Christmas 2025, my family and I moved interstate to the heart of Australia – Alice Springs in the Northern Territory!

I also lived in Papua New Guinea for about 5 years when I was a kid, since my late mother was from PNG, and my late Australian father worked as an expatriate banker at the time.

I’ve always had the heart of an entrepreneur, since I was a boy starting out selling chocolate-covered snake lollies! So over the years I had various small businesses, from photography to videography, to wedding and event styling, which in turn has led me to today where I’m more passionate about helping small businesses – particularly around generating recurring revenue, and improving systems and processes.

Regardless of where I’m working, what entrepreneurial projects I’m doing, or when I’m out living life, I always strive to do my best, provide a great customer experience, and deliver on my word with excellence!
